I recently attended the opening night of the Seattle International Film Festival, which showcased the film “Thelma,” starring the spirited 94-year-old June Squibb. This delightful drama, thriller, and comedy combo kept me on the edge of my seat and laughing out loud, as Squibb’s character, with her determination and humor, embarks on a quest for justice alongside her friend Ben, played by the late Richard Roundtree.
