I had the privilege of seeing Good Night, and Good Luck on Broadway last Friday evening, June 6, 2025, and George Clooney’s powerful portrayal of Edward R. Murrow fully captivated me—every seat felt like the best in the house, even at $350 apiece. The evening became even more meaningful when my daughter asked, “Who was Edward R. Murrow?”, prompting a touching conversation that underscored how this play bridges generations and reminds us of journalism’s vital role.
