A Restaurant Without Dessert?

I’ve always believed dessert is more than just something sweet at the end of a meal — it’s part of the ritual, the celebration, and the final little joy that makes dinner feel complete. So when I discovered a restaurant that didn’t serve dessert at all, I was genuinely shocked and found myself reflecting on how even the small “unnecessary” pleasures in life can make ordinary moments feel meaningful.

In the end, I realized this wasn’t really about cake or ice cream. It was about the comfort of knowing there is still one more sweet possibility waiting at the end of the evening — and how life itself is often made richer by those extra little touches we could technically live without, but would much rather keep.
