
This morning on the public courts in Tarrytown, I found myself as the lone man among fifteen paddle-swinging moms, thanks to an invite from my daughter. At 81, I was easily 40 years older than most of the players, but the energy, laughter, and pure joy of the game made me feel ageless. Pickleball has been a lifelong passion of mine, and this special morning reminded me just how powerfully it can connect people across generations.
